acqua dolomia in twocalls
On the 12th of June, the International Artistic Contest that will involve the Vajont area, location of the Vajont tragedy of 1963, has been launched.
The Contest undertakes the task of finding, from now to the end of October, two artworks of public art, that will be realized on two emblematic places that to this day represent Tragedy and death: the Vajont Dam and the southern façade of the former elementary school of Casso, now Nuovo Spazio di Casso.
The Contest has a very qualified Jury, and is supported by around twenty institutional partners, and by some private partners; among them, there’s Acqua Dolomia.
It is indeed thanks to Acqua Dolomia, which supports DC ever since 2011, that it was possible for us to create, inside the Contest, the Special Dolomiti Contemporanee Prize.
The prize will consist of two checks worth 1.000 euros each, that will be assigned to the two best non-feasible projects among those that will be selected by the inner committee and by the twocalls Jury.

Cimolais (PN), 12th of June, 2014 – Acqua Dolomia supports the International Artistic Contest Two calls for Vajont, launched by Dolomiti Contemporanee, that will see an international Jury being involved. It is a cultural, intellectual and artistic itinerary, that will display the Vajont area, between the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions, in a new way.
